I asked for 1/2” to be left on my beard. Amanda cut my beard with a 1/2 guard, huge difference. She then proceeded to complain about being hungry or something, while failing to line either my neck or what was left of my beard, as a whole only doing 1/4 of what I asked her to do.

I have had a bunch of haircuts at different Sportclips. Some have been good, lots have been just okay, and several were bad. I went in this morning and Takenua (T) assisted me. I told her how I would like my haircut ( as best I could ) and she gave me probably one of the best cuts I've had in years. She cut it exactly like I said I wanted it. She told me she had been cutting hair for 16 years and I could tell.

My sons hair was butchered today at the sportclips on chenal. Went in and ask to have very little taken off, left with most of his hair gone. This has happened before but never again. This place is a joke.
